Tips for dyslexic parents

If you surpect your child of having dyslexia, get a test as quickly as possible, going private will be the quickest

Contact your local dyslexic tutor for support (again there is a cost for each lesson)

Speak to other parents with dyslexic children, they will be able to give you there experience on a local level

Get you child tested for eye fatigue (coloured lenses)

A mini laptop can help your child alot in learning

After school is time for your child to relax but it is important they do there homework

If you child is good at something, push them gently to do it more

I believe learning about the world, so its important for your child to read a newspaper or watch the daily news. This will help them learn and build intelligence

Its important for your child to get enough sleep every night, specially on Sunday night for the week ahead

Getting a good breakfast is important, this will give them energy for there day for learning, not having a good breakfast will cause tightness and struggling in learning
